Villa Santa Maria is a romantic estate in the riviera between Leuca, Castro and Otranto, characteristic Apulian medieval towns visited by tourists from all over the world for their beauty. The main house, built entirely in stone, is situated in a large olive grove and park of about 5.000 square meters. The ground floor has terracotta tiled floors and the house is furnished elegantly with accessories creating a romantic but functional atmosphere. The proximity of good roads gives easy access to the important historical centres of Puglia such as Lecce, Gallipoli, Tricase, Maglie, Taranto, Brindisi and Bari.The swimming pool is in a romantic setting overlooking panoramic views of the sea, with steps leading into it. Externally, on the ground floor, there is an amply furnished patio which overlooks the sea, from which one accesses into a large living room sub-divided into conversation area, furnished with comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace, and dining area, with table for 10 people, a kitchen, pantry and laundry room. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor. From the living room a staircase leads to the three bedrooms, two double and one twin, and two bathrooms. In the garden three independent small villas, each with its own bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen.
